  • Time: About 2.5 Hours
  • Distance: About 1.5 miles (2.4 km)
  • Start: Arlington Cemetery Visitor Center
  • End: Women in Military Service Memorial

This self-guided audio tour will take you through Arlington National Cemetery along the beaten path. You will see most of the cemetery’s main attractions, including the Kennedy brothers’ gravesites, Arlington House and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where you will witness the time-honored tradition of the Changing of the Guard. But there is much more to see along the way.

It is easily accessible from the Arlington National Cemetery metro station on the blue line or there is a paid parking lot next to the Visitor Center. Please note that the first half of your tour will be uphill. The uphill climb is not strenuous for most people, but those with mobility issues might be better suited to take the tram tours. Tickets can be purchased at the Visitors Center or by using this link.

We suggest you save this page to your home screen, making it easy for you to return to this page between stops. You can do this via the Add To Homescreen Button on your device.
